Summary

Join TimelyCare as a Content Strategist and play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company's content roadmap, ensuring alignment with its mission to support student wellness. Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy, you will craft a unified content approach engaging students, educators, and partners. You will build and manage a comprehensive content strategy across various platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct content audits, develop editorial calendars, and leverage SEO best practices. Measuring and reporting on content performance and writing high-impact marketing content are also key responsibilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong writing and editing skills and at least 5 years of experience in content strategy or content marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, campaign development or content marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that reflects strategic thinking
  • Experience managing multi-channel content campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and content management systems

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a comprehensive content strategy across platforms (web, social, email, blog, video, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign goals and user needs
  • Contribute to brainstorms and campaign ideation from concept to execution
  • Conduct content audits and identify gaps, opportunities, and insights for optimization
  • Develop editorial calendars and oversee content production workflows
  • Leverage SEO best practices to increase discoverability and relevance
  • Measure and report on content performance, iterating based on engagement and impact
  • Write and/or outsource high-impact marketing content across formats: web, email, social media, video, print, and campaigns
  • Ensure all copy maintains consistency, clarity, and compliance with brand standards
  • Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of healthcare, wellness, or higher education audiences is a plus
