Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience preferences
• Manage and lead a team of content specialist, copywriter, and video content creator to create, organise, and optimise educational content
• Strategically guide the restructuring of our knowledge base to enhance content organisation and effectiveness
• Ensure that all product features are properly highlighted and that relevant information is structured in a manner that highlights the benefits of our services
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of instructional videos, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and aligned with company branding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and confirm content requirements and deliverables
• Analyse content performance metrics and user feedback to refine and optimise content strategy
• Conduct preliminary proofreading of content created by team members to ensure quality and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Advantageous to have QA experience and a basic design background
