Strategy Manager

Summary

The job is for a Strategy Manager at Mantle Network, an EVM-compatible Ethereum L2 ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing investments, partnerships, and growth strategies. Requirements are a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field, 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, or investment banking, interest in the blockchain industry, excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, investment banking
• Interest in the blockchain industry and related technologies
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage investment portfolio by identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing investment recommendations to the executive team
• Develop and manage partnerships with technical and infrastructure partners
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to our growth
• Develop and implement growth strategies to support the company's long-term goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, BD, and R&D, to drive growth and achieve targets
• Support the executive team in strategic planning and decision-making processes
