Summary

PayJunction is seeking a Content Manager to develop and execute a content strategy that enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences, and supports demand generation. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or related roles, preferably in the SaaS or payments industry. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or related roles at a B2B company
  • Over 3 years of experience in SaaS or payments industry, with a preference for experience in payments and an understanding of ISVs/developers and merchants
  • Experience working on small marketing teams with under 10 members, demonstrating the ability to work as an independent contributor
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong experience in the following areas: content strategy and planning, content creation and management, SEO best practices, content marketing, digital media trends, project management, and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the overall content strategy, aligning with the company's marketing objectives and target audience personas
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content across various channels and formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media posts
  • Manage the distribution and collaborate with the marketing team on promotion of content across various channels, including the website, social media, email, etc
  • Monitor the performance of content initiatives using relevant metrics and analytics tools
  • Continuously optimize content strategies based on insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness
  • Ensure alignment of content with the brand voice, messaging guidelines, and overall brand strategy
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to ensure content supports overall business objectives and aligns with cross-functional initiatives
  • Establish content governance standards and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Work to position the company and its executives as thought leaders in the industry through thought-provoking content, industry insights, and participation in relevant events, webinars, and speaking engagements
  • Stay informed about industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development to enhance content marketing effectiveness
