Summary

Join a global pharmaceutical company as a Content Taxonomy & Analytics Consultant for a 3-month, part-time (20 hrs/week) remote contract starting May 27, 2025. This role focuses on a large-scale marketing transformation initiative involving a future-ready, scalable taxonomy framework. The consultant will support the implementation of this framework, enabling omnichannel content activation, campaign reporting, and performance measurement. Experience with Adobe DAM, CMS, Adobe Analytics, and ad tech tracking is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in content taxonomy, metadata strategy, or media analytics, and strong communication skills. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $170.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in content taxonomy, metadata strategy, or media analytics
  • Have strong communication skills and comfort working with senior-level stakeholders and cross-functional global teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise-wide content taxonomy strategies (especially for DAM platforms)
  • Have experience with Adobe DAM, CMS - creative tagging and tracking and asset management
  • Have experience with Adobe Analytics - site tagging
  • Have experience with Ad tech tracking and tagging - Google campaign manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc
  • Be familiar with metadata frameworks, controlled vocabulary design, and tagging logic
  • Define taxonomy schemas for asset tagging across marketing content, media, and owned channels (email, web, social)
  • Have hands-on experience with ad operations workflows, trafficking, and taxonomy requirements across DSPs, ad servers, and measurement platforms
  • Align taxonomy frameworks with campaign analytics goals, including MMM, media mix, and omnichannel reporting
  • Be fluent in tools and systems across media, analytics, and CRM platforms
  • Translate taxonomy strategy into implementation playbooks with phased migration plans
  • Develop RACI charts and governance models for taxonomy evolution and change management
  • Support DAM metadata migration and post-launch optimization
  • Provide input into current state assessment deck, taxonomy framework, governance model, and implementation playbooks for both content and media channels
