Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging copy in a cultivated tone of voice
  • Use SEO principles to optimize copy reach
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand and staffing industry for informative product descriptions and educational content
  • Edit and proofread copy as necessary
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to source story material
  • Create and repurpose compelling content for multiple platforms
  • Maintain a story bank
  • Take photographs and videos with a phone to accompany content
  • Use a master editorial calendar for publishing plans and tracking required deadlines
  • Assist with content management
  • Gather and analyze data to improve communication effectiveness
  • Stay informed on emerging industry trends
  • Support corporate communications with distributing email campaigns
  • Support marketing team with website accessibility requirements and Pardot email campaign processing
  • Develop creative graphics and videos to promote events and campaigns
