Join ReThem as their Strategic Marketing & Content Lead and take ownership of the brand’s voice, content strategy, and full-funnel campaign execution. This role is central to ReThem’s growth, transforming product insights, user value, and market trends into engaging narratives. You will lead cross-functional campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key personas. Responsibilities include content creation across various formats (videos, articles, landing pages), overseeing the editorial calendar, and collaborating with multiple teams. Success will be measured by campaign performance metrics, requiring continuous improvement based on data insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong editorial instincts, and a passion for visual storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years in content strategy, brand storytelling, or full-funnel campaign development within a B2B or SaaS organization
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex product or technical information into compelling, buyer-focused narratives
- Proven success creating and managing content calendars and coordinating multi-functional contributors
- Deep understanding of persona-based messaging, SEO fundamentals, and digital content lifecycle
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple timelines and stakeholder inputs
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and development of ReThem’s content across web, email, blog, and social channels
- Plan and execute full-funnel content campaigns (TOFU–BOFU) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and user education
- Align messaging frameworks to product positioning and sales cycles while adapting to different verticals and buyer personas
- Lead the production of diverse content types including articles, explainer videos, landing pages, campaign decks, infographics, case studies, and customer stories
- Oversee the editorial calendar in collaboration with social, product marketing, and design teams
- Act as a creative partner to Product, Sales, and Design teams to ensure all content is technically accurate, visually cohesive, and audience-relevant
- Work with internal and external video designers, motion artists, and writers to execute creative assets that support GTM launches
- Ensure consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints
- Evolve brand storytelling to reflect evolving product capabilities, competitive advantages, and market opportunities
- Define and monitor success metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion) for content performance
- Continuously improve content formats, distribution strategies, and messaging based on data insights
