Continuous Improvement Delivery Manager

Summary

Join LGC, a global life science tools company, as a Continuous Improvement (CI) Delivery Manager. Lead Agile delivery and backlog management across data engineering and platform teams. Optimize Agile processes, remove delivery bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution of continuous enhancements. Report to the Head of Enterprise Data Architecture and Engineering. Coach teams on Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Track and report on key delivery metrics, driving transparency and accountability. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager in data or technology-focused teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and backlog management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing strategic and tactical needs
• Experience working in data environments, particularly within cloud-based architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Own and manage the CI backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives
• Coach teams on Agile standard methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve impediments, ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements to our data platform
• Partner with key team members to refine requirements and maintain a clear roadmap for continuous improvements
• Track and report on key delivery metrics, driving transparency and accountability across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is desirable
• Experience working in enterprise data teams is highly advantageous
