Join Luxury Presence, a fast-growing proptech company, as a Contract Recruiter to play a critical role in building our high-performing Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams. This is a unique opportunity to work with a company redefining the future of real estate. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process for Sales, focusing on hiring SDRs and AEs. You will need expert-level sourcing abilities, particularly on LinkedIn, and proficiency with Lever or similar ATS platforms. Experience hiring top-tier sales talent for high-growth companies is required. Ideally, you will be based in Austin, TX, but remote candidates are welcome.

- Expert-level sourcing abilities, particularly on LinkedIn
- Skilled in hiring Sales, Customer Success, and GTM professionals across a range of roles and experience levels
- Proficient with Lever or similar ATS platforms
- Ability to run a structured, efficient, and effective recruiting process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with hiring managers and candidates
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure an outstanding candidate experience and seamless operations
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier sales talent for high-growth companies
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Sales with a focus on hiring SDRs and AEs, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Identify and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn, industry networks, and other channels
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring goals, and create compelling job descriptions
- Maintain and optimize workflows in Lever, ensuring data accuracy and transparency throughout the hiring process
- Drive operational excellence by tracking key recruiting metrics and iterating on processes to improve efficiency
- Build a pipeline of exceptional candidates that aligns with Luxury Presenceβs high standards for talent and culture fit
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the proptech, SaaS, or tech startup industries is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines and competing priorities
- Ideally based in Austin, TX, but open to remote candidates
