Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in robotics, automation, or other technical industries
• Strong understanding of the skill sets and qualifications needed for robotics engineering and related technical roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Experience with recruiting tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across both technical and non-technical teams
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles
• Source and engage passive and active candidates using multiple channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, industry networks)
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their technical skills and cultural fit
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain a seamless candidate experience, providing clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process
• Stay up to date with trends in robotics and automation to ensure sourcing strategies remain aligned with market demands
