Contracts Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Contracts Manager to develop, draft, negotiate, and execute contracts for our Company. As a detail-oriented and strategic partner, you'll oversee our contract management process and report directly to the Assistant General Counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of contracting concepts, contract acquisition, and contract law
• 7+ years contracts management experience, paralegal, or other comparable experience with responsibility for reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
• Demonstrated ability to create new procedures and workflows
• Proficiency or experience with a contact management system, Contract Works and Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Craft, evaluate, negotiate and prepare for execution of a wide variety of contracts covering a range of transactions with an emphasis on customer and vendor contracts
• Work with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors on contract negotiation and related issues
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters
• Assist with implementation of a CRM
• Monitor the performance of each signed contract, ensuring all obligations and conditions are met
• Monitor contracts and coordinate with stakeholders to move forward with close-out, extension and renewal
• Monitor legal risks and obligations, expirations, renewals, deadlines, opt-out windows and termination requirements, ensuring timely actions are taken
