Summary

Join our team as a Controller and oversee the financial activities of the company from a remote location. You will be responsible for leading financial planning, managing expense policy, overseeing monthly closing process, and more. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics, CPA certification, 2-3 years of accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks online & SAP Concur, and ability to lead a growing team.

• CPA certification
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Strong analytical and math skills
• General knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks online & SAP Concur
• Ability to lead a growing team

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting and budgeting
• Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage expense policy, internal controls, and processes
• Oversee and manage the monthly closing process
• Manage the billing process and analyze claims data used for invoicing
• Implement procedures to ensure the accuracy of invoices
• Tactfully acquire and manage account receivables actions
• Manage annual operating budget and long-term forecast processes
• Establish financial metrics and KPIs to track company progress
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
• Establish & manage internal controls and processes
• Be a resource to the CFO
• Complete all necessary continued learning and training requirements per department and company need
