Summary

Join Xero as a Conversion Optimization Specialist and contribute to the global conversion optimization agenda for the Performance Marketing team. You will work closely with creative and channels teams to drive impact through sophisticated user journeys. Responsibilities include executing a conversion optimization strategy, creating a testing roadmap, analyzing A/B test data, collaborating with marketing and product teams, reporting on CRO performance, and staying updated on industry trends. The role requires experience in CRO programs, working with product design, using CRO tools, and expertise in web analytics. A bachelor's degree is also needed. Requirements

  • Some experience being part of a global CRO programs
  • Experience working with product design, UX/UI to develop new landing page concepts
  • Some experience using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Experience, or similar platforms
  • Bachelor degree
  • Some experience in conversion rate optimization and/or product growth
  • Some Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis
  • Solid expertise in web analytics, including GA4 and GTM

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the CRO team to execute a comprehensive conversion optimization strategy to increase conversions, revenue, and user engagement across all performance marketing channels
  • Support the established CRO processes to create and prioritize a testing roadmap to continuously optimize website elements, including landing pages, content pages, and user journeys
  • Analyze and interpret data from A/B tests and other creative efforts to make data-driven recommendations on future tests and creative development roadmaps
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align CRO efforts with overall marketing initiatives
  • Support the CRO team to prepare and present regular reports on CRO performance to key stakeholders, including insights, recommendations, and results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging CRO tools and techniques
