Summary

Join Employment Hero, a fast-growing SaaS unicorn, as a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst. You will play a key role in improving the online user experience and maximizing conversion rates. This role involves daily operational tasks, in-depth analysis, and strategic projects, focusing on data integrity and process efficiency. You will monitor A/B tests, analyze Hotjar data, generate weekly conversion reports, and lead tracking solution implementation. Data analysis and insightful communication with stakeholders are crucial. Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a CRO Analyst or in a similar role focused on web analytics and optimisation
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and best practices
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with user behavior analysis tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg)
  • Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau)
  • Solid understanding of how data flows across different digital platforms
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on the performance of live A/B tests across all platforms. This includes creating and maintaining dashboards, and analysing data from Hotjar and other relevant tools
  • Conduct daily reviews of Hotjar session recordings and analyse data from automation channels to identify user behavior patterns, areas of friction, and potential optimisation opportunities
  • Generate and deliver weekly reports on key conversion metrics across all audience segments and markets. Ensure data accuracy and consistency, leveraging our established data infrastructure
  • Lead the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of tracking solutions. Ensure seamless data flow and integration between various platforms to enable comprehensive data analysis and storytelling
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in our current tracking and analytics setup. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and implement future-proof solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress against goals, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage and execute on incoming requests for new tracking implementations, including custom tracking for A/B tests, new funnel projects (e.g. hiring flows), and other business needs
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation
  • Develop hypotheses, design and execute A/B tests, and analyse results to drive data-driven decisions
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL or other database querying languages
