Summary

Join Docplanner Group as a Global Web Analyst and optimize the performance of over 25 B2B websites. Analyze user behavior, track key website metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve MQL generation and conversion rates. Interpret data from various web analytics tools, develop dashboards, conduct A/B testing analyses, and identify audience segments to improve targeting and personalization. Collaborate with stakeholders and the content team to ensure effective tracking and data-driven content creation. This role directly impacts decision-making and website performance improvement. The position offers remote work in Brazil and a variety of benefits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO roles
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other web analytics platforms
  • Ability to build dashboards and reports using Looker, Tableau, Superset or similar tools
  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely
  • Experience with Hotjar, Clarity, or other user behavior tracking tools
  • Strong communication skills in English, including exceptional presentation and reporting abilities

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, and report on website performance, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement
  • Interpret data from website tracking tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hubspot)
  • Setting and ideation for web events based on business objectives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into website performance and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for the marketing team (LookerStudio, Superset)
  • Conducting A/B testing analyses (VWO and HubSpot)
  • One-off analysis for key initiatives like Back Friday campaign, promotions, product launches, website migrations to measure effectiveness
  • Identify and analyze different audience segments to improve targeting and personalization
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that tracking plans are in place for all key user behaviors
  • Collaborate with the content team to provide data driven insights that inform content creation and optimize engagement from key user segments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Search Console or other SEO tracking tools is a plus
