Co-op Developer

Summary

Join Two Six Technologies as a Co-op Developer and contribute to a small, remote team building an innovative platform for storing, analyzing, and visualizing distributed sensor data. You will design and maintain Java microservices and libraries, create comprehensive tests, participate in the entire software development lifecycle, and produce clear documentation. The role offers hands-on experience with Java, Docker, and various databases, along with collaboration opportunities with experienced developers. Requirements

• Comfort with Java is essential, and some comfort working from the command line will be helpful
• Eligibility to obtain a government clearance if required/needed

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust Java microservices and libraries
• Create comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee the integrity of our solutions
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to coding to deployment
• Produce clear and concise documentation
• Contribute to regular scrums and design sessions, helping to shape the future of our platform
