Summary

The job is for a Copywriter at IOHK's Midnight Tribe, responsible for creating engaging copy for various channels. The candidate should have 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, a solid portfolio, and a keen interest in Blockchain technology.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of writing compelling copy, content, and concepts that meet project requirements, brand guidelines, and industry creative standards
• 3+ years’ professional copywriting experience
• Experience conceptualizing and writing campaigns for technical audience
• A solid portfolio of creative work for a range of sectors spanning B2C to B2B
• A clear ability to write both long-form and short-form content, with consistent editorial production
• A demonstrable talent at transforming complex technical information into clear, comprehensible, and engaging creative copy
• A solid understanding of UX writing principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills required; must be able to juggle multiple projects at once and prioritize according to business needs
• Resilient, process-driven professional, able to champion good creative work and challenge feedback where needed
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related discipline
• Enjoy working in a globally distributed team environment

Responsibilities

• Write clear and engaging copy for blogs, whitepapers, web, newsletters, social channels, and advertising formats
• Support content ideation and own briefs from start to completion; primarily on long-form content
• Ensure each brief deliverable is completed in full, on time, and in line with Midnight's standards
• Liaise and collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to produce copy and content

Preferred Qualifications

Have a keen interest in Blockchain technology developments, trends in Web3, and market/competitive developments in this space
