Summary
Join ServiceNow's Brand & Strategy team as a Copywriter, Campaigns, and contribute to the creation of impactful brand campaigns. You will collaborate with art directors and cross-functional teams to develop engaging campaign narratives across various media. Responsibilities include generating fresh campaign concepts, working with agencies, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of copywriting experience in a creative agency or in-house team, a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, and excellent presentation skills. A background in B2B/tech and fluency with AI tools are a plus. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative environment.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIβs potential impact on the function or industry
- BA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English, or other related discipline and/or the equivalent professional writing experience for campaigns
- 8+ years experience in copywriting for a creative agency or world-class in-house team; B2B/tech experience is a plus
- 8+ years experience leading and managing projects with creative agencies and internal creative groups; global experience is a plus
- 8+ years experience in marketing and brand creative with a rich portfolio including the full integrated campaign funnel from awareness to acquisition
- Outstanding presentation skills, with the proven ability to design and pitch world-class strategic presentations to all levels of our organization
- Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions and campaigns across all mediums: advertising, film, websites (desktop/mobile), digital products, long-form copy, social, content marketing and events
- Expert knowledge of creative process (discovery, positioning, ideation, brand direction, socialization, activation)
- Working knowledge with digital creative software tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro) βΒ you can build a decent presentation in a pinch
- Strategic thinking with exceptional communication skills, ability to evangelize and build support for creative concepts and ideas across varying stakeholders
- Fluency with a variety of AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, etc.) for use in the creative ideation and production process
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with an Art Director partner, as well as taking briefs independently
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Campaigns and teams on conceptual development, design, and execution across key marketing briefs
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to bring our brand to life in new and engaging ways along the full funnel of media
- Create engaging campaign narratives that scale up or down in any space from two-word headlines to long-form storytelling
- Develop creative ideas that meet the strategic brief and drive KPIs
- Ensure the consistency of the brand and highest quality of copywriting across all projects
- Keen understanding and passion to learn about and share insights on design and industry trends
- Create, concept, inspire others, and roll up your sleeves while bringing creative ideas to life; can deliver and receive direct and clear feedback
- Ability to think big while operating at the finest level of detail
- Must be a self-starter while being comfortable guiding teams, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
