Requirements

• Have some previous exposure to advertising
• Experience with all the latest tools, platforms, and applicable software: Mac OS, Keynote, & Google Slides
• You are decided to the craft of words and their power, but you know you don’t always need words to tell a story

Responsibilities

• Make things: concepts, stories, videos, photoshopable things, and create content that makes people laugh, cry, or question reality
• Collaborate with a team of doers, dreamers, and disruptors
• Create culture, not just consume it
• Team up with an Art Director Resident to make cool shit that is going to get people’s phones talking
• Craft social content that will poke through the noise
• Keep the work + vibes fresh from KO to production
• Write clear, persuasive, original copy
• Craft a narrative using images
• Work well with a team
• Articulate creative concepts and rationale to your Creative partner, mentors, Creative Directors, and clients
• Present your ideas in a uniquely personal and influential way
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently manage your time while working remotely
• Maintain calm vibes in positive chaos

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
