Core Banking Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline with 8+ years in core banking product management or adjacent systems
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of SaaS product development principles with a focus on regulated financial SaaS products
• Strong data analysis skills along with experimentation methodologies to test, iterate, learn, and innovate

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer, understand bank environments, and technology needs
• Prioritize and drive product backlogs with your dedicated and dependent engineering teams
• Understand complex business and operational requirements and break them down into epics and user stories for engineering teams
• Continuously monitor for avenues of improvement, respond to production concerns, and provide innovative solutions that conform to high security standards while maintaining a delightful user experience
• Lead in a fast-paced, agile, multi-country, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a 3rd generation banking platform and experience with building scalable and configurable solutions with be a plus
