Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the Banking or FinTech sectors
- Expertise in payments and money movement, including Automated Clearing House (ACH), Domestic & International Wire Transfers, Bill Payment, and others
- Proven ability to craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent educational and professional experience
Responsibilities
- Be a true leader, working alongside engineers, project managers, and professional services teams to design, develop, and launch software solutions
- Own the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, managing requirements gathering, documentation, timelines, user experience, quality assurance, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, data scientists, and trainers to bring innovative products to market
- Craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and prospects
- Utilize user, platform, and third-party data to develop exciting features that improve the financial lives of consumers
- Monitor and measure launched products to drive continuous improvements in usability, incorporating insights into future development cycles
- Engage with the Lumin Digital community, contributing to organizational growth through honest, candid, and respectful feedback
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with third-party software integrations, APIs, SSO, and digital banking platforms (e.g., core systems, account opening, lending)
- Familiarity with the retail banking and credit union industries, including regulatory compliance concepts such as CIP, KYC, and AML
- Background in data-driven product development and collaborating with clients and development teams to deliver new products
