We are seeking a skilled Web Performance Engineer with 3+ years of experience optimizing web performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals. You will analyze and optimize web performance, improve site speed using various tools, and optimize code for better performance. This role requires strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js performance optimization. You must have experience with performance analysis tools and a strong understanding of the critical rendering path. Fluency in English and authorization to work in the European Union are required.

Requirements

• 3+ years in web performance optimization, with a strong focus on Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS)
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including performance-oriented coding techniques
• Hands-on experience in analyzing and optimizing web performance using: Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, WebPageTest, Chrome DevTools
• Strong understanding of critical rendering path, render-blocking resources, and browser rendering behavior
• Experience in React.js performance optimization
• Experience in improving Time to First Byte (TTFB) and optimizing server response times
• Fluent English (min. B2)
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize web performance with a focus on Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS)
• Improve site speed using tools like Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and Chrome DevTools
• Optimize JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for better performance and faster rendering
• Identify and eliminate render-blocking resources to enhance page load speed
• Enhance React.js application performance and reduce unnecessary re-renders
