Requirements

  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Learn about corporate entity management and corporate compliance at Precisely, including maintaining and updating corporate books and records
  • Support the drafting, review, and update of various corporate documents, including those related to M&A due diligence and integration activities
  • Learn about corporate compliance at Precisely, including export controls, trade sanctions, and ESG compliance
  • Support the drafting, review, and update of various corporate policies and procedures, as well as the implementation of various controls across Precisely
  • Review and analyze results of denied party screening, perform related research, provide summaries of findings, and update company records
  • Perform thorough and accurate research to identify politically exposed persons (PEPs) and to confirm beneficial ownership
  • Support additional projects, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint a plus For the Compliance intern
