Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program
- Graduating December of 2025 or later
- Applicants must be interested in a career in energy law
Responsibilities
- Gain energy law experience in an in-house environment at the California ISO
- Advise internal clients and work with western stakeholders on regulatory compliance, litigation, contract negotiation, and corporate matters
- Represent the ISO before federal and state courts, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and public utility commissions
Preferred Qualifications
Mainly seeking 1L applicants, but interested 2L applicants welcome
