Summary

The job description is for an Ireland-based corporate governance professional at Pixalate, a multinational enterprise specializing in fraud protection, privacy, and compliance analytics. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or Management)
• At least 4 years of professional legal experience in addition to a legal education
• Familiarity with global information security and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CPA, CTDPA)

Responsibilities

• Experience coordinating preparation and filing of annual financial returns, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, R&D tax credit applications, and service provider utilisation disclosures
• Expertise in establishing and maintaining e-room repositories for corporate governance documentation
• Thorough understanding of the material terms and conditions of subscription agreements for software-as-a-service (SAAS) businesses
• Demonstrable instances where the candidate generated business ROI by identifying and leveraging governmental incentives to improve corporate financial performance
• Project management for the incorporation of international affiliates and subsidiaries
• Drafting intercompany agreements and written board resolutions for international entities
• Familiarity with Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
• Basic understanding of share award schemes (e.g., UK Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI) scheme)
• Experience with GAAP audits and/or investor due diligence
