Corporate Development Analyst

Summary

Join PAR Technology's dynamic corporate development team as a Corporate Development Analyst and support M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and corporate strategy initiatives. Work directly with senior team members to evaluate market opportunities and execute deals. This role offers exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives and opportunities for rapid advancement. The position is a hybrid role based in the Syracuse, NY area. The salary range is $80,000 to $92,000 USD per year, with potential for additional compensation. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Create financial models and conduct valuation analysis using DCF, comparable, and precedent transactions
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify potential acquisition targets
• Support due diligence processes and deal execution
• Prepare executive presentations and investment committee materials
• Track industry trends and maintain internal deal databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior investment banking or consulting internship experience
• Programming skills (Python, SQL)
• Experience with Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg, Crunchbase
