Join Fetch Rewards as a Corporate Finance Analyst and lead critical initiatives related to budgeting, planning, performance tracking, and management. Partner with department leaders to provide insights and recommendations shaping Fetch's financial strategy and optimizing company performance. This pivotal role ensures efficient financial operations supporting company growth and reports to the Head of Corporate Finance. This full-time position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from one of our US offices or remotely within the United States. You will analyze key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, manage budgeting tools, develop financial models, and support senior management with in-depth analysis. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of experience in a high-impact financial role; preferably FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting; “in-house” tech experience preferred
- Familiar with US GAAP
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint
- Cost optimization, Cost analysis, and Cost Reporting experience
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills; great organization skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Identify opportunities for financial performance improvement across the organization
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
- Scenario Planning
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with SQL preferred
- Proficiency in Tableau or other BI tools preferred
