Summary

Join Hostinger's Legal team as a Corporate Lawyer and play a key role in overseeing corporate governance, leading strategic legal initiatives, and ensuring compliance across subsidiaries. You will collaborate with senior leadership, finance, and business operations teams. Daily tasks include managing board resolutions, shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings, as well as drafting and reviewing intergroup agreements and contracts. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) with at least 5 years of experience, strong corporate governance knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 5 years of legal experience post-graduation, ideally combining both in-house and law firm experience
  • Solid understanding of corporate, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
  • Proven experience in governance, reorganization projects, or corporate regulatory matters; international experience would be an advantage
  • Curious and proactive, with a natural ability to dig into new legal challenges
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to provide clear legal guidance to teams, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across departments
  • Strong skills in legal risk assessment, balancing business needs with legal requirements
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian, with the ability to simplify complex legal concept

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support key corporate legal initiatives, such as group structure reorganizations and other strategic projects, in collaboration with senior legal leadership and external advisors. Oversee implementation to ensure alignment with corporate business objectives and effective internal support
  • Manage board resolutions, meeting minutes, and shareholder meetings for all subsidiaries. Ensure compliance with governance best practices and oversee regulatory filings
  • Assist in setting up and managing subsidiaries, ensuring a proper corporate structure and compliance
  • Support auditors' requests, KYC processes, and corporate compliance. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence
  • Work closely with finance, business operations, and other teams to ensure legal matters are handled smoothly and compliantly
  • Draft and review agreements between Hostinger’s group entities
  • Review contracts related to company operations, including legal services, audits, events, and office management
  • Develop and maintain a corporate legal knowledge base in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Improve document and contract management systems to enhance efficiency
  • Provide proactive assistance on various legal tasks to support company objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing and reviewing contracts related to company operations would be an advantage

  • Gross salary €4,700 - €6,000 a month and is discussed individually depending on experience
