Requirements
- Ideally coming from a legal educational background, you have 3+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a startup-like company
- Youβll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, pragmatic, and creative in solving problems
- You will be required to be autonomous, independent, and communicative, as these are key to succeeding in a decentralized organization like ours
- You also have great organizational and administrative writing skills
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this position
Responsibilities
- Contract review of all types of contracts and legal operations
- Labor law matters and HR operations : Onboarding/Offboarding, relation with our external service providers (lawyers, visa providers, accountants, etc.) around the world (North America/LATAM, EMEA, APAC)
- Legal watch on various legal topics applied to AI: IP, privacy
- Corporate matters
Preferred Qualifications
Solid startup or entrepreneurial experience is also preferred
