Requirements

  • Previous business consulting experience in the education industry is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand business within public and private schools, as well as educational institutions in Texas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, PTA leaders, and key-decision makers
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration, sponsorships, and educational service offerings
  • Conduct market research to understand school district policies, funding sources, and trends in K-21 education
  • Establish partnerships with PTAs, school staff, and educational organizations to enhance business outreach
  • Represent Think Academy at school events, district meetings, and education-related
  • Collaborate with school HR departments to explore staff training, resource sharing, and educational program implementation
  • Work with local government and educational boards to stay informed on policy changes and funding opportunities
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies to attract educational clients
  • Monitor and track partnership performance, ensuring measurable growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to tailor offerings that align with school needs
  • Ensure compliance with Texas education regulations and school district procurement policies
