Corporate Strategy Intern

Summary

The job is for a Corporate Strategy intern at a scaling tech organization in Munich. The intern will support the strategy team, work on cross-functional projects, and conduct market research. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Master's or Senior Bachelor's program in business administration, economics, or finance with strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program or as a Senior in a Bachelor's program, preferably in the field of business administration, economics, or finance with an excellent academic record
• Microsoft Office & G-Suite, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highly motivated, proactive personality with strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in an international team environment

Responsibilities

• Support for commercetools expansion strategy, e.g. internationalization and product expansion
• Support strategic and operational project management with the possibility to fully-own certain work streams
• Support of company-wide AI roll-out to enhance value & solve recurring business problems across various functions
• Research, analyze, evaluate, and interpret market data, trends, and competitive intelligence
• Support in the daily operations of our strategy team including preparation of presentations and analysis for top management or the board of directors

Preferred Qualifications

• First practical experiences in management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
• E-commerce tech start-up experience is a plus
• Previous internship experience
