Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cost Management Specialist or similar role in various industries, including Hotels and Residential
• Strong understanding of financial principles and cost management techniques
• Proficiency in Planswift, Bluebeam, ProCore, Excel
• Fluent in English and advanced communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
