Country Manager-Marketing & Growth

Summary

Join Nord Security as a Country Manager to spearhead marketing and revenue growth in Hong Kong and Taiwan. This role demands a data-driven approach, focusing on measurable results and high ROAS through affiliate and influencer partnerships. You will execute country-specific strategies, analyze market trends and political events, and collaborate with internal teams. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Mandarin and English, and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Requirements

• Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and affiliate and influencer marketing
• Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Experienced in ROAS-focused marketing strategies
• Skilled in negotiation and partnership development
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across cultures and regions
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English

Responsibilities

• Execute country-specific business development strategy aligned with global company objectives
• Perform daily performance evaluations to confirm that marketing efforts align with revenue goals and ROAS standards
• Create and implement local marketing initiatives aimed at boosting revenue in Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Work alongside marketing teams to create reports analyzing previous performance and planning future initiatives in Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Provide support to marketing teams, guiding them in achieving both their individual goals and country-specific objectives
• Collaborate with the Country Managers team to support overall APAC growth
• Support the internal affiliate marketing team in discovering and establishing new partnerships, negotiating agreements, and enhancing their performance
• Support collaboration with influencer agencies and key opinion leaders to meet conversion, ROAS objectives, and reputation standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, mobile marketing, and/or paid marketing is a plus
• Knowledge of Cantonese is a plus
• International work experience is a great advantage
