• Review conversation simulation-based, soft skills courses for quality, accuracy, and alignment with learning objectives
• Provide constructive feedback to course designers to improve course structure, clarity, and effectiveness
• Ensure consistency across all courses, verifying that the format, terminology, and instructional methods are uniform and contribute to a cohesive learning experience

Preferred Qualifications

Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning design, or similar field
