Summary
Join Bloomreach as a Customer Success Analyst and contribute to the world's premier agentic platform for personalization. Analyze customer data, identify usage trends, create dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and support customer growth. Collaborate with various teams, including Customer-facing Field teams, Product, Marketing, Engineering & Finance. Leverage data to identify industry benchmarks and provide actionable insights to Bloomreach customers. Develop and maintain data quality checks, validation rules, and anomaly detection reports. Utilize data to empower Finance and Pricing teams to identify and negotiate through renewals and growth opportunities. Work with some of the top e-retailers in the world, across a myriad of industries. Requirements
- BA/BS in business, data science, economics, sciences, arts, humanities, or engineering degree, with a quantitative background
- 2 years or more in an analytical/quantitative role or Business Intelligence (BI) role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau
- Experience with customer success platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight)
- Ability to work as a team player and also demonstrate ownership in handling projects independently
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Contribute in the development of self-serve reports
- Design and generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools to monitor business and operational metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
- Help design and refine scalable processes and tools that enhance customer experience
- Leverage data to identify industry benchmarks and provide actionable insights to BR customers
- Develop and maintain data quality checks, validation rules, and anomaly detection reports
- Utilize data to empower Finance and Pricing teams to identify and negotiate through renewals and growth opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, and Adobe SiteCatalyst (Omniture)
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Exposure to A/B Testing or Multivariate Testing
- Experience in SaaS or technology environments
