Summary
Join Laba Group, a leading EdTech company, as a Market Research Specialist. Conduct data-driven research to identify market opportunities and develop new product concepts. Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor data to inform strategic decisions. Present compelling research findings to cross-functional teams. You will need strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and experience designing surveys and conducting interviews. Requirements
- Strong grasp of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience designing surveys, conducting interviews, and desk research
- Ability to formulate hypotheses and structure research to validate or disprove them
- Proven ability to move from raw data to clear, actionable insights
- Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, and data analysis tools such as SPSS, Power BI, or Tableau
- General experience with social listening tools
Responsibilities
- Identify and validate new topics for digital educational products
- Conduct research to spot emerging trends, topics, and niches through labor market reports, industry trends, and competitor analysis
- Analyze user behavior on company platforms using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and Power BI
- Work with internal data sources to review course portfolios, identify niche topics, and detect strategic gaps
- Develop hypotheses for new course ideas or expansions, considering target audiences, industries, and levels of professional seniority
- Document research outcomes and maintain organized records for future reference
- Present research findings in compelling narratives to drive alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience contributing to new product ideation or evaluation
- Familiarity with early-stage product validation processes
- Understanding of online course markets, audience behavior, or B2C digital products
