Creative Associate

Summary

Join a creative agency specializing in corporate gifting experiences and help bring clients' brands to life by supporting the Client Services team. As a Creative Associate, you'll work closely with Client Success Managers to manage and execute client projects, from order approval to delivery. You'll be involved in product selection, lookbook curation, vendor communication, and project coordination. This role offers exposure to various aspects of the business, including order entry, production design, and fulfillment. It's a unique entry point with potential growth into a Client Success Manager position. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for client service. The position is remote and starts in February 2025.

Requirements

• 1 + years of full-time experience in marketing, account management, project management, or project coordination
• People-person with lots of empathy
• Ability to learn quickly and be nimble in a fast-paced environment
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented

• Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Source products
• Curate lookbooks
• Create estimates
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Confirm inventory and pricing
• Create & submit purchase orders
• Coordinate art proofs
• Complete invoice payments
• Reconcile expenses
• Manage sample orders
• Manage fulfillment requests
• Enter shipping + tracking information
• Handle ad-hoc project requests
• Interface internally with Design, Tech, Operations, Sales and Account Management
