Requirements

• 10+ years creative experience in an agency environment, including at least 5 as a Creative Director leading a range of advertising campaigns (brand reputation & social impact experience preferred)
• Ability to distill complicated ideas into easily understood ad copy & creative concepts
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of pitching and selling creative to clients at the highest level (Fortune 1 C-Suite)
• Ability to bring key internal stakeholders along on the creative process and help them buy in to ideas, campaigns and approaches
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver award-winning work
• Desire to lead, mentor and manage a growing team of creatives, with a particular focus on nurturing a growing team of copywriters
• Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including all social media platforms, content creation, and video advertising

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop top-notch ad campaigns across brand and social impact marketing
• Collaborate with account strategists, and other creatives to develop creative platforms and channel recommendations that deliver on campaign strategic objectives
