Join SearchStax as our first healthcare industry-focused Product Marketing Manager and become the voice of Healthcare Site Search! You will drive the launch and adoption of our innovative search solutions in healthcare, working closely with the Director of Product Marketing. Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, within the B2B SaaS start-up space
- Prior experience working in the healthcare sector and a strong understanding of healthcare providers and their unique website / search challenges and buyer personas and buying behaviors
- Comfortable with speaking engagements and participation in events, webinars, podcasts and other audience-facing venues
- Knowledge of the regulatory requirements and established website tools and technologies across healthcare sectors
- Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling and informative content for a healthcare audience
- Experience in conducting market and competitive analyses
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with data and utilizing metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives
Responsibilities
- Craft Positioning and Messaging: Research and refine details about healthcare buyer personas and refine positioning and messaging that aligns with their needs as well as complies with SearchStax brand positioning and messaging
- Champion Healthcare Site Search: Develop thought leadership content to raise awareness of the need and advantages of site search solutions that offer marketer agility
- Be a Content Creation Powerhouse: Craft high-quality, brand-aligned content across various channels, including case studies, blog posts, website copy, sales collateral, video content, demo story for Healthcare and internal training materials
- Conduct Competitive Intelligence Specialist: Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to understand the Healthcare search landscape
- Be a Launch Strategist: Collaborate with the Director, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches for the Healthcare market
- Serve as a Marketing Maestro: Drive product awareness and adoption in the healthcare space through strategic marketing campaigns
- Lead Revenue Enablement: Enable goβto-market teams with industry knowledge, messaging and tools to meet and exceed their revenue goals. Serve as the go-to resource for all healthcare-related inquiries within the go-to-market team, including sales, account management, and partner teams
- Optimize with Data: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. Work cross-functionally to identify ideal customer profile and help curate lists of targeted named accounts
- Drive Product Collaboration: Maintain close communication with the Site Search Product Manager, and the product development team to stay updated on the latest search innovations and their impact on the Healthcare landscape
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Partner with the Product Manager and Account Management team, to ensure that product enhancements align with the needs of healthcare institutions, and translate the value of new releases to the Healthcare industry

- Base Salary: The base salary range for this role is $140,000-170,000
