Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a creative field with a proven track record of leading design initiatives and teams
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating digital experiences, brand collateral, and visual storytelling
• Mastery of design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and web design tools like Sketch or Figma
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Drive the creative vision and strategy for Windmill's brand
• Lead and oversee the development of creative guidelines and directives for various projects
• Champion the creative process, fostering a culture of excellence within the design team
• Provide mentorship and direction to a talented pool of visual designers
