Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing leadership
- Proven track record of building and growing a multi faceted brand portfolio
- Proven track record of managing internal and external resources to hit business goals
Responsibilities
- Define Our Brand Strategy and Story
- Define and continuously evolve the company’s brand and story across our marketplace and retail tools to reflect the growing Nivoda portfolio
- Create consistent messaging and strategy to speak to the different Nivoda audiences, including jewellers, diamond and gemstone suppliers, and consumers
- Ensure a strong and cohesive visual identity across all marketing and brand assets, including managing external design resources to produce high-quality creative work
- Optimise the strategy, content, and user experience of the Nivoda website
- Continuously monitor and update the Nivoda website for SEO performance and inbound opportunity conversion
- Develop and oversee a content strategy that solidifies Nivoda’s place as the market leader
- Create value add content such as blogs, podcasts, videos, and more for every stage of the marketing funnel
- Build and execute a proactive third party validation strategy to enhance brand credibility, including cultivating relationships and creating content with media representatives and key industry influencers
- Develop a social media strategy that drives brand awareness and engagement
- Oversee and act as the primary liaison between Nivoda and external agencies, freelancers, and consultants across the above initiatives
- Ensure all external resources align with brand messaging, business goals, and quality standards
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and track performance to maximize ROI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury goods, marketplaces, or the diamond industry
- Familiarity with B2B, B2C, and marketplace marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong viewpoint on how brand-building principles enhance performance marketing tactics and sales opportunity creation
- Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
