Summary

HoYoverse is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to join their Global Original Content team. The successful candidate will lead the development and production of content based on game IPs, collaborate with creative partners, manage projects, and build relationships with external partners. The base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 USD per year, with benefits including 100% employer-paid healthcare premiums, generous paid time off, a 401K/RRSP plan, employer-paid life and disability insurance, team-building activities, flexible working hours, and remote work options.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing filmed entertainment contents (long-format preferred)
• Associate degree or above, cinema/art/design related majors are preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production of contents based on game IPs
• Collaborate closely with directors, writers, creative partners, and artists (both internally and externally)
• Identify most suitable production resources to execute the projects
• Plan and manage production schedules and budget
• Advocate team goals and company visions
• Build and manage relationships with external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven successful record within TV and film industry with a particular interest on game IP adaptations
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
• Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps, experience in Shotgun is preferred
• Curiosity, grit and capacity to learn about the unknowns
• Ability to independently manage the whole project or several stages of a project
• Business proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
• Genshin Impact AR 55+ highly preferred
