Requirements
- (Preferred but not required) Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 years or more experience in social media management or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts for brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with SOULCHIβs brand and business objectives
- Identify target audiences and create tailored content to engage and grow our online community
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure SOULCHI remains a leader in the digital space
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) for various social media platforms
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of posts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics and videos
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Foster a positive and engaged online community by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and potential collaborators to amplify our reach and impact
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives
- Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
- Use data-driven approaches to refine and optimize social media strategies and content
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to social media efforts
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content
- Provide guidance and training to team members on social media best practices and trends
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus
