Creative Producer, Remote - Worldwide

Summary

HoYoverse is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to join their Global Original Content team. The successful candidate will lead the development and production of content for global audiences, working closely with directors, writers, artists, and other creative/production members. The role requires 5+ years of experience in producing filmed entertainment contents (long-format preferred), a proven record within the TV and film industry, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps, and business proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing filmed entertainment contents (long-format preferred)
• Associate degree or above, cinema/art/design related majors are preferred
• Proven successful record within TV and film industry with a particular interest on game IP adaptations
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
• Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps, experience in Shotgun is preferred
• Curiosity, grit and capacity to learn about the unknowns
• Ability to independently manage the whole project or several stages of a project

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and production of contents by working closely with directors, writers, creative partners, and artists (both internally and externally)
• Brainstorm original ideas and pitch the projects internally
• Identify most suitable production resources to execute the projects
• Collaborate closely with other creative/production members throughout development and production phases
• Have a good understanding of the pipeline, the process and different production stages in the project, independently keep track and manage the project
• Plan and manage production schedules and budget
• Advocate team goals and company visions
• Build and manage relationships with external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Business proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
• Genshin Impact AR 55+ highly preferred
