Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a creative or marketing environment (advertising, design, content creation, etc.)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, working with designers, video editors, and media buyers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp; we use Monday.com)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with media buyersβ needs and actionable briefs
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication from media buyers to creative resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing delivery of creative assets, approvals, and feedback
- Maintain clear project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
- Proactively identify risks to project schedules, develop mitigation strategies
- Track project progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and adjusting timelines or resources as needed
- Review final creative outputs, ensuring they meet project brief and platform-specific criteria before delivery
- Participate in post-project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices
- Review creative briefs to ensure theyβre fully actionable before assignment
- Manage ongoing project and campaign assignments in our PM software
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in project management, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience managing assets in a DAM (e.g., Air.in, BrandFolder, Bynder)
