Summary

Neon Flux is hiring a Creative Strategist with experience in social media and influencer marketing to lead influencer campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the creative team and social media team to develop content ideas and strategies for various social platforms. They will collaborate with the Influencer team to strategize around creators, negotiate deals, and execute campaigns from start to finish. The ideal candidate is obsessed with social media trends, has 2-4 years of experience in a creative/social media marketing role, and possesses strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in a creative/social media marketing role at creative agencies or for in-house brands
• Deep passion for influencer and branded content
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for catching errors
• Self-starter who can work well independently but also a team player
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in creating influencer briefs, and building out content calendars
• Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitch) and stay up-to-date on emerging trends/platforms

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the creative team to develop and implement campaign ideas for influencer and creator activations across clients/partners
• Own content proposals for creative ideas that include industry research, goals, themes, audience insights, creative ideas, and tools to implement the concepts
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop ideas with real-time trend information across all social platforms
• Help identify new social channels for Influencer content
• Provide weekly updates and reports for status meetings
• Execute campaigns from start to finish, from prospecting creators to content execution
• Upload and organize final content so all teams cross functionally can utilize
• Create new iterations on influencer content for digital channels
