Requirements

  • Minimum educational level: Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant creative & marketing experience
  • Paid social or Direct Response experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth and new customer acquisition by utilizing data, research, and creative insights
  • Analyze data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Perform consumer, product, and competitor research
  • Identify effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem
  • Participate in brainstorms with creative team
  • Collaborate with Graphic Design, Brand, and Strategy leadership to produce performance-driven ad creative
  • Write briefs and copy for video and static image ads for use in social media
  • Ensure that all work reflects the brand's identity, style, and tone consistently
  • Give feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad
  • Execute on feedback given by the Director of Creative Strategy
  • Contribute to shoot briefs that allow for successful capture of branded visual assets
  • Analyze the results of creative tests and utilize this analysis to iterate
  • Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing design variations and optimize creatives accordingly
  • Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to refine design elements for continuous improvement
