Join a dynamic team and become our Creative Strategist (Director), driving high-performance ad creative strategy for numerous D2C clients. This role blends data analysis, creative execution, and strategic leadership, managing creative strategies for 8–15 brands with significant ad spending. You will analyze ad creatives across various platforms, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure seamless execution of creative strategies. This client-facing position demands strong communication, efficiency, and collaboration. The role involves developing and executing creative strategies, analyzing ad performance data, creating ad briefs, and working across teams to ensure smooth execution. You will act as a client-facing strategist, aligning creative efforts with brand goals and media strategy, while staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital advertising, creative strategy, or performance marketing
- Proven experience in multi-channel paid media creative strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills—must be able to extract insights from Motion boards, Facebook Business Manager, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Expertise in developing and presenting creative briefs for paid social ad campaigns
- Experience working with D2C brands at scale, managing multiple accounts and high ad spends
- Ability to work across teams efficiently, ensuring smooth communication and execution across multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and fast-moving—comfortable handling a large volume of creative briefs in a deadline-driven environment
- Obsessed with advertising trends, consumer behavior, and what’s working now in performance marketing
- Self-starter mindset—able to take ownership and drive projects forward with speed and precision
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative strategy across clients’ paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Analyze ad performance data at scale using Motion boards and platform analytics to identify trends and guide creative direction
- Create and deliver approximately 10 ad briefs per client every other week, ensuring that the creative is data-driven, high-quality, and performance-optimized
- Work across teams (Project Managers, Designers, Media Buyers, and Account Strategists) to ensure smooth execution of creative plans
- Act as a client-facing strategist, aligning creative efforts with brand goals and media strategy
- Think outside the box: Constantly innovating to drive engagement, conversions, and overall campaign success
- Move fast: This is a high-volume, high-velocity role requiring quick execution, iteration, and refinement
- Stay ahead of industry trends to push creative boundaries and drive the highest-performing ad concepts
