Creative Support Specialist

Summary

The Creative Support Specialist will manage client requests, coordinate timelines, collaborate across teams, provide technical support, and improve processes. This role requires a minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, 3 years in web design/development, landing pages, and graphic design, and proficiency with various tools such as Figma, WordPress, Elementor, Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing, with a preference for experience in the dental or orthodontic sector
• Minimum of 3 years experience in web design/development, landing pages, and graphic design
• Familiarity with HighLevel (preferred), ClickFunnels, or similar CRM tool
• Proficient with Figma, WordPress, Elementor web page builder, Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp project management system (or similar)
• Skilled in web design, graphic design, video editing, and multimedia
• Exceptional time management and analytical skills
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and systems-minded
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency setting

Responsibilities

• Complete web and graphic design updates as requested by existing clients
• Communicate confidently and clearly with clients via email, text, and calls to move projects from concept to delivery
• Coordinate timelines ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled
• Assist Senior Design Specialist with Figma design page layouts and Senior Web Specialist with sites in development
• Work with third-party agencies to assist in creative projects with a high level of quality and accuracy
• Continually find ways to refine processes, set up safeguards, remove roadblocks, and support the team with various challenges
• Set up and style forms and integrations/workflows for website projects inside CRM (HighLevel)
• Manage the organization and storage of web/design assets and materials on Google Drive
