This full-time, remote-friendly position provides administrative and analytical support to commercial relationship managers. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, preparing credit investigations, ensuring accurate documentation, assisting members with inquiries, preparing loan renewals, and understanding corporate structures and financial statement basics. Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of banking experience
- Minimum Grade 12 with combination of education and practical experience
- Available Credit Analyst training/courses to be taken within the first 12 months

Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements
- Preparing credit investigations, security inspections and searches
- Ensuring all documentation is completed and accurate
- Assisting members with loan and deposit inquiries
- Communicating information accurately to members and team members
- Preparing commercial loan renewals
- Preparing credit facility letters for review; assist in resolution of outstanding security/account deficiencies
- Understand the corporate structure of members (Op-co, Holdco, multiple owners etc.)
- Understand the basics of financial statements, different types and what each statement means
- Completing ratio analysis and understanding what each ratio means
- Initiate Annual Review process
- Ensuring a high level of member satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, following up as necessary, and understanding the members finances to recommend the most valuable products and services
